Job Summary
The Receptionist serves as the initial point of contact for everyone entering the facility. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering telephones , directing callers to appropriate part ies , assisting with general administrative support functions of the facility, admissions , and , as needed , with Administrator / Business office functions.
Requirements :
- Entry level / pref. 3+ years of customer service experience
- Must know computer skills, word document, and excel document, good communication skills, multitasking skills, web browsing and bilingual a plus. including multi-line phone system, copier and mailing equipment, ten key calculators, as well as Federal Express and UPS
- Pleasant voice and clear for telephone and strong customer service.

Preferred :
Previous experience in a senior care facility preferredPrevious experience in healthcare preferred
