Role Overview
NTT DATA is seeking a dedicated Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison for the Florida Department of Management Services (DMS) under the MFN-3 contract. This key staff position requires full-time commitment and senior-level engagement to ensure seamless coordination, issue resolution, and strategic communication across all MFN-3 activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior manager and primary point of contact for all MFN-3-related services and communications with DMS.
- Lead day-to-day coordination and resolution of MFN-3 activities, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
- Represent DMS concerns to NTT DATA's executive and operational leadership.
- Participate in all MFN-3-related workgroups initiated by DMS or NTT DATA.
- Maintain 24 / 7 / 365 availability, including designated backup coverage, to support contract operations.
Basic Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience managing government accounts or in a government sales role.Minimum 5 years of experience in leading day-to-day activities and project delivery.Minimum 5 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels.Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing complex government contracts and service delivery.Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus.Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities.Proven knowledge of government business practices, including those specific to the State of Florida and its authorized users.Familiarity with MFN-3 program goals, operational standards, and reporting requirements.Why NTT DATA?
