Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data into our systems ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of information. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to start their career in data management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and update data into company databases and systems
  • Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and data summaries as required
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and quality
  • Perform regular data quality checks and verify discrepancies
  • Provide general administrative support to the data management team

Requirements :

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying issues
  • Comfortable handling repetitive tasks with efficiency

  • 31649 to $36109 per year (depending on experience and qualifications).
