POSITION REQUIREMENTS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES

  • The position entails daily  mise-en-place , managing and executing a station during service a few days of the week, running the pass when the chef is away, managing the team, ordering, and practicing proper food storage and food handling skills
  • Help with new menu changes
  • Assisting with setting up and stocking kitchen stations
  • Must be able to comply with all health and safety standards
  • Team leadership
  • Strong communication skills
