Position Summary

Performs preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, systems, and structures throughout the facility with an emphasis on HVAC / R systems.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Education : Graduate of a refrigeration vocational / trade school or Refrigeration Apprenticeship. Minimum Experience : Five (5) years of recent and related experience as a refrigeration mechanic. Required Skills : Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Required Licenses : New Mexico State Journeyman Refrigeration license required. Minimum Mechanical specialty MS-9. Must obtain Journeyman Refrigeration license from the state of NM within 6 months of hire or transfer.
