Commercial Construction Project Manager Responsibilities :

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry as acting Project Manager or Senior Project Manager
• Strong communication skills with Superintendents, Project Engineer's, Subcontractor's and Owner's / Clients
• Assist with jobsite schedules to bring projects in on time and under budget
• Daily logs of job activity including compiling change orders in a timely manner
• Ability to identify and solve problems
