We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce strategy, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills and a strong background in human capital management.
Job Duties / Responsibilities :
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, mediate disputes, and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee performance systems, provide guidance on employee development and implement training programs
- Work and manage 3rd party vendors in the development and delivery of complex HR programs, processes and services
- Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, L&I and WA state licensure and certification requirements
- Manage multiple benefit programs for staff within companies different entities
- Continually look for opportunities to improve processes
- General administrative duties when needed
- Other general duties as assigned by CHRO
Qualifications : - BA in HR
- PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in HR. Experience with benefits, leaves of absence, employee relations a MUST!
- HR experience within a healthcare facility
- Multi-State HR experience is a HUGE PLUS
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels
- Strong organizations skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects
