We are currently seeking an Insurance Client Coordinator to join our Lee's Summit location. In this role you'll serve as the primary point of contact for new business clients, guiding them through the onboarding experience with care. This is a client support role designed to assist and guide new policy holders, not a sales position.

Responsibilities

  • Review, finalize, and issue new policies across personal lines (home, auto, umbrella, etc.).
  • Coordinate client communication for follow-ups, required documents, and coverage confirmations.
  • Collaborate with quoting team and Associate Agents to ensure a smooth handoff from quote to policy.
  • Maintain accurate records, follow compliance guidelines, and update client files as needed.
  • Support retention efforts by building strong initial client relationships and delivering timely service.
  • Collaborate with underwriters, collect necessary documents for policy issuance, and follow up on pending actions.

Requirement

  • NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
  • An insurance license is required for the position, but not required to apply.
  • Pay meticulous attention to detail when reviewing policies, contracts, and client data to minimize errors and ensure the highest level of accuracy.
  • Possessing the ability to work autonomously, arrange tasks according to their importance, and collaborate in a team-oriented setup.
  • Candidate must have basic computer software knowledge. This includes being proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Communicate effectively through written and verbal means, both with clients and team members, to provide clear, concise, and informative responses.
  • Friendly and positive attitude, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
