Salesforce Tech Lead

JOB DESCRIPTION

What we are looking for :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Salesforce developer, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects.

Experience with Financial Services Cloud, any telephony and omni-channel is high desired

Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, and / or Salesforce Certified System Architect are highly desirable.

Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce development tools and technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, and Salesforce DX.

Proven leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team of developers to achieve excellence.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

Experience working in an Agile development environment, utilizing Azure DevOps.

Passion for innovation and continuous learning, with a commitment to staying current with emerging Salesforce technologies and best practices.
