St. Norbert College (SNC), a nationally-ranked, private, Catholic, liberal arts college, invites applications for a Financial Aid Business Analyst. This position is responsible for providing technical expertise and analytical support for the Office of Financial Aid. The role's primary focus is the management and optimization of key systems, including the Ellucian Banner ERP system, SAP Business Objects reporting tools, self-service applications, and other administrative platforms operating across diverse hardware and software environments. This position plays a critical role in the analysis, maintenance, and coordination of complex business processes and systems that integrate data from multiple sources. The Analyst ensures that student information systems effectively support compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations governing financial aid application processing, awarding, disbursement, and audit controls.
Success in this role requires creative problem-solving, independent initiative, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous process improvement. The ideal candidate is highly organized, precise, and able to perform under pressure while constructively challenging existing practices to enhance outcomes.
This is an on-site position, and regular attendance on campus is required.
