Description :

Responsible for the development and integration of new or existing applications into the technical infrastructure and existing business processes. Provides technical or functional guidance to project or work teams as needed within a specific discipline. Collaborates on an on-going basis with the Business Systems Analyst. Analyzes, designs, develops, tests, debugs, implements, maintains and / or enhances existing or new systems that are reliable and efficient.

This position is accountable for ensuring the reliability, performance, security, and continuity of IT systems, as well as ensuring that excellent technical support services are provided.

Position Specific Description

Our Enterprise GIS team is seeking a Principal IT Programmer Analyst GIS with strong functional knowledge and background in Esri Geospatial Platform. They will work to support the strategy and develop standards for an Enterprise GIS Platform to enable end-to-end geospatial workflows and content distribution across multiple business units.

• 10+ years' experience as an IT Programmer Analyst with GIS
• Business, Application and Data experience
• Experience defining roadmaps and standards
• Design solutions that include business innovation and transformation, improved process workflows
• Decompose a business request into meaningful capabilities and processes
