Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Territory / Region Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities within a designated territory or region, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the industrial distribution market and a proven track record of success in sales management. We have 3 current opportunities open in East or South coast.

Strategic Sales Planning : Developing and implementing effective sales strategies tailored to the seals market and end users
Customer Relationship Management : Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers in the seals industry
Market Analysis : Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and identifying opportunities within the seals sector
Ability to effectively demonstrate product benefits and technical details to customers both internally and externally
Problem-solving : Addressing technical challenges and finding solutions to meet customer needs while aligning with other support functions
Negotiation Skills : Negotiating contracts and deals to maximize profitability and longstanding partnerships
Sales Process Management : Overseeing the sales process from lead generation to execution
