Multimedia Designer
Compensation : $55,000–$60,000
Flagship Restaurant Group is looking for a passionate, highly creative Multimedia Designer to join our marketing team. This hybrid role blends graphic design with photography and video to help bring our brands to life through campaigns, storytelling, and standout visuals.
You’ll collaborate closely with our Senior Graphic Designer on brand and campaign work while also taking the lead on capturing visual content across our growing portfolio of restaurants. From digital ads and email design to reimagined collateral and photoshoots, you’ll help shape the visual voice of one of the most innovative and fast-growing restaurant groups in the country.
We’re looking for someone who’s equal parts designer, storyteller, and visual creator whose collaborative, curious, and excited to see their work out in the wild. If you’re energized by hospitality, driven by good design, and obsessed with making brands feel just right, we’d love to meet you.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Design
- Collaborate with the Senior Designer on brand campaigns, promotional materials, and visual identity work across 13+ brands
- Design for digital and print : social graphics, emails, marketing materials, in-store signage, web elements, posters, and branded collateral
- Ensure all design materials align with each brand’s identity and project goals while pushing creative boundaries
- Create mood boards, trend decks, and concept direction that inspire and guide campaigns
- Partner with digital and local marketing teams to create beautiful and strategic visually driven campaigns
Photography
Capture high-quality photography for internal needs, social media, websites, press, and storytelling campaignsPhotograph food, people, spaces, events, and BTS content with a brand-forward approachEdit and deliver polished photos that align with Flagship’s aesthetic and brand strategyMaintain an organized digital library of assets across brandsVideo
Support short-form video needs (Reels, YouTube shorts, behind-the-scenes footage, sneak peeks, etc.)Capture light video content from start to finish with light editing skills and the ability to continue learning ways to take video to the next levelBonus if you’re able to really take video to that next level with b-roll, drone work, and elevated videography skillsProduction & Process
Research materials and print options for print design, signage, and promotional itemsPrepare final files and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and consistencyKeep timelines on track, manage file organization, and bring a proactive mindset to project managementReview and proof all work for 100% accuracy prior to deliveryHelp improve team workflows and processes when opportunity arisesQUALIFICATIONS
2–4 years of professional experience in graphic design with a strong eye for layout and typographyComfortable with photography and photo editing for content use (Lightroom, Photoshop)Familiarity with short-form video capture and basic editing; elevated videography experience a bonusProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Premiere Pro; After Effects or Canva a bonus)Able to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting prioritiesDetail-obsessed, self-motivated, and thrives in a team-focused creative environmentPassion for hospitality, food, and branding is highly encouragedAt Flagship, we create experiences that leave an impact.
