We're looking for an Associate Creative Director-Art who will create clear compelling, social-first campaigns for a financial client. The content will be an effort to support marketing and branding efforts. You will partner with a Copywriter to create social media content that will later transcend the channel. Responsibilities
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client's products and services and company related industry trends Stay current on the appropriate style guidelines, consistent messaging and strategy Partner to interpret creative briefs to develop concepts for executions Craft and concept, creative content that travels on social platforms Create a range of visuals for marketing and communications materials Collaborate with a team of other creative staff and marketers, from concept development to delivery of final product Be able to confidently present concepts and final deliverables to internal team Creating modern visual messaging for market launches, multiple channels and for larger awareness campaigns Ideating together with the team on new fun ways of communicating product Create concepts and visual elements that are compelling, elevate engagement, enhances customer loyalty, and drives business revenue Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve content strategy and drive customer engagement Analyze customer data to understand audience needs and preferences Ensuring brand consistency in style Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Media Design, or Advertising / Portfolio school 7+ years of experience in Design / Art Direction Experience creating concepts for social platforms, especially for paid media Work experience in an advertising or interactive agency a plus Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and ability to independently prioritize on behalf of the team Proven success in driving multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality work A portfolio showcasing previous written work
