Medical Case Management Assistant

A company is looking for a Medical Case Management Assistant (Workers' Compensation). Key Responsibilities Respond to phone inquiries and direct calls to appropriate parties Assist case management workflow by preparing correspondence and obtaining clinical information from providers Monitor queues and emails, ensuring timely processing of determinations and correspondence Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; medical or managed care background preferred Minimum of one year experience in a medical or managed care environment preferred Knowledge of medical terminology preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment
