Do you love working with children and being part of a team that makes learning fun and meaningful? Trinity Lutheran Academy is looking for a warm, energetic, and dependable Assistant Teacher to join our Christ-centered preschool community!
As an Assistant Teacher, you'll play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where our little learners can grow and thrive. You’ll support the Lead Teacher in bringing exciting educational activities to life, build strong relationships with children and families, and help make each day feel special in our classroom.

Requirements
A heart for Jesus – You profess Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior and want to share His love with children and families.
Available Monday–Friday, 12 PM–6 PM – You’re dependable and ready to bring your best each afternoon.
High energy and positivity – You bring the joy, whether it’s circle time or cleanup time!
Team player vibes – You work well with others and enjoy being part of a supportive, collaborative environment.
Great communicator – You’re confident speaking with parents, co-workers, and kids—and can send a cheerful message when needed.
Child development know-how – You understand what makes little ones tick and love seeing them grow.
Organized and reliable – You manage your time well and bring a calm, can-do attitude to every day.
CPR / First Aid Certified – Or you're willing to get certified to help keep our kiddos safe.
Clear background check with fingerprinting – Safety is a top priority in our school family.
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance – Because showing up matters, and our kids love seeing your face every day!
About Us
The purpose of Trinity Lutheran Academy is to nurture children's spiritual, physical, social, emotional, and cognitive growth through a planned sequence of age appropriate learning, faith building, play, and interactive activities. It is well established that children learn best through active learning and play, especially at an early age. The church and school strive to reach out to families through worship, education, witness, service, and fellowship. Our Academy's programs provide care and education for children from 6 weeks - 5 years.
