Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of inventory planners for both third-party retail and owned brand businesses Oversee a multi-million-dollar inventory portfolio, ensuring optimized working capital and healthy turns Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align inventory strategies with business objectives and implement planning software Required Qualifications 8-10 years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or demand planning, with 3-5 years in leadership roles Proven experience in leading teams and scaling planning processes in fast-paced environments Expertise in demand and supply planning, including software implementation Experience in building collaborative processes with Finance, Marketing, and Operations Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution
