Summary

The Preschool Aide / Float assists teachers as needed to create a loving, safe, and nurturing environment for all enrolled children. Aides / Floats may be required to act as an Associate Teacher and implement lessons / activities created by the Lead Teacher, relieve staff for lunch breaks, and assist with cleaning, as needed. This is a part-time position (15-17 hours per week), typically in the afternoons.

Duties

Duties include cleaning, activity preparation, health / hygiene support, documenting activities, assisting teachers as needed.

Requirements

Must have a GED , and some experience with children. Fingerprint Clearance Card is required. May be obtained after hire.

Nice To Haves

6 months professional childcare experience preferred.
