RJ ONeil, a trusted mechanical contractor with decades of experience, is seeking a Sheet Metal Field Installer / Field Supervisor to join our team. This role is critical in leading field operations for light commercial HVAC plan and spec projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee field installation of sheet metal ductwork and related components
- Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings for proper layout
- Perform layout and ensure accurate field measurements and installations
- Order ductwork and materials based on project needs and site conditions
- Maintain clear communication with estimators, project managers, and general contractors
- Supervise and coordinate field crews, ensuring work meets quality standards and deadlines
- Manage day-to-day site operations and proactively address any field issues
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies
