Job Title : Business Analyst

Perm / Full-Time Position

Location : ATL GA (Near the Battery)

Hybrid Work Schedule - 3 days onsite / 2 days remote

Position Summary :

The Business Analyst supports various departments by translating complex financial data into actionable insights, documenting business requirements, and supporting the implementation of technology solutions. This role serves as a key liaison between business teams and IT, helping align system functionality with business goals and improving operational processes.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Gather and document business requirements, process flows, test plans, and other SDLC-related materials.
  • Analyze financial data and create clear reports to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with IT to evaluate and implement appropriate technical solutions.
  • Track financial benefits tied to technology initiatives.
  • Support testing (QA / UAT) and provide production support for business applications.
  • Assist with business process improvements and change initiatives.
  • Coordinate tasks across IT projects and ensure cross-functional alignment.
  • Identify risks, issues, and opportunities for process enhancement.

Qualifications : Technical Skills :

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, or accounting system.
  • Strong knowledge of financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft).
  • Proficient in SQL, Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience with SDLC, test planning, and system integration.

    • Communication & Organizational :

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.]
  • Ability to work across departments and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

    • Analytical :

  • Skilled in financial modeling, data analysis, and process mapping.
  • Able to draw conclusions from data and recommend actionable solutions.

    • Education :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus
