Accountant $70K to $75K plus bonus

Take charge of financial reporting and accounting operations for premier real estate company with vibrant community hubs across the country.

Your Impact :

  • Manage comprehensive property accounting including GAAP compliance and financial reporting
  • Analyze operating income factors and prepare detailed variance reports
  • Develop quarterly projections and budgets while ensuring timely debt payments
  • Collaborate with Property Managers and serve as liaison for GL inquiries
  • Assist with special projects and year-end audits

Your Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • 1+ year of GL accounting experience
  • Strong accounting principles knowledge and Excel proficiency
  • Experience with ERP accounting system
  • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities
