Trillium Construction is looking for an electrical panel builder / wiring production assistant immediately.

Our ideal candidate will have great communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Responsible for the panel assembly, wiring, configuration, and appearance according to specifications.

Position responsibilities may include, but not limited to the following :

• Customizing panels with various electrical hand tools.
• Ensuring panel consistency & organization.
• Verifying electrical components for panel assembly.
• Reviewing drawings & schematics.
• Operating equipment around panel assembly.
• Using Bill of Materials (BOM) selects parts from stock room needed for panels. Checks schematics to match and verify that the BOM is correct. Adds and removes parts based upon these schematics.
• Wires panels according to schematics and drawings, often working in tight and cramped areas to perform precision work.
• Attaches finished labels and stickers in correct places according to drawings.
• Places equipment in panel slots. May require use of hand tools to secure equipment in place.
• Consistently uses good housekeeping for a clean and organized work environment.
• Other routine panel assembly tasks as needed.

This is a first shift position. Candidates must be available Monday through Friday and occasional Saturdays. Normal shift is 10 hours Monday - Friday. Saturday could be up to 6 hour days.

Starting pay rate is $22-27 / hour. Benefits available after 45 days of employment, Paid Holidays & PTO earned, Retirement plan options.
