A company is looking for a Global Payroll Customer Implementation Success Manager. Key Responsibilities Partner with new PEO clients to create tailored implementation plans for payroll, benefits, and compliance onboarding Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, coordinating with clients on milestones and success criteria Facilitate client adoption of Remote's PEO platform and collaborate with internal teams for smooth transitions Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or customer success in a SaaS or HR / PEO environment Demonstrated project management skills for managing multiple client timelines Experience working directly with PEOs or in a customer-facing HR, payroll, or benefits role is a plus Familiarity with co-employment structures and payroll tax obligations is advantageous
