About the Role
As a Superintendent, you'll oversee mechanical installation projects from start to finish, ensuring they're delivered safely, on time, and with exceptional quality. Your leadership will drive strong partnerships, repeat business, and impressive financial outcomes.

- Provide technical guidance, interpret construction drawings, and recommend methods and equipment
- Lead and mentor field teams, fostering collaboration with internal staff and external partners
- Ensure project profitability through effective site management and cost control
- Identify and mitigate risks while maintaining safety, schedule, and quality standards
- Manage documentation using streamlined digital workflows
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Construction Science Management, Architectural Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering preferredEquivalent experience in mechanical fieldwork and leadership will be consideredMinimum of 5 years in the mechanical construction industryPrior experience supporting project management or field leadershipSkills & Abilities
Proven ability to lead and optimize team performance using innovative management techniquesStrong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting professional relationshipsExcellent time management and organizational skillsBasic financial acumen to manage budgets and performance metricsProficiency in MS Word and Excel; experience with project management software is a plusStrong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skillsAbility to navigate and manage activities on active construction sitesTravel Requirements
