Introduction
We are seeking a skilled professional to provide application support for critical applications within the ACE / Payments project. This role is essential in ensuring application reliability and performance, contributing to the success of our operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in identifying RCA and providing app support
- Experience with Splunk for monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Strong SQL skills for database management and issue resolution.
- Familiarity with Unix / Linux environments and scripting.
- Familiarity with J2EE, Spring, and Microservices.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Understanding of database terminologies and structures.Ability to write scripts to automate daily tasks.Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Provide application support to meet 100% SLA requirements.Participate in on-call support and production ticket / issue triage.Prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documents and impact analysis reports.Collaborate with application teams and support teams to resolve issues effectively.Identify root causes in code and suggest corrective actions.Follow release management and code deployment processes.Willingness to provide support after office hours and on weekends when needed.Company Benefits & Culture
