Job Description
Job Title : Site Manager
Location : Pittsburgh, PA
Compensation : $95,000–$150,000 (DOE)
About the Role :
We’re seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee mechanical equipment installations for major metals industry projects. This role leads on-site operations from planning to completion, ensuring work is delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and coordinate installation activities for mechanical equipment.
- Manage schedules, resources, logistics, and on-site personnel.
- Serve as the primary contact for customers and contractors.
- Monitor and enforce health & safety compliance.
- Track expenses, maintain documentation, and report progress.
- Resolve issues quickly to keep projects on track.
Qualifications :
Preferred : PMP, OSHA, Six Sigma, CWI, CMRP, CCM, NEBOSH certifications; CAD proficiency.
