IT Support Analyst

A company is looking for an IT Support Analyst II to provide IT support to end users in radiology services. Key Responsibilities Manage and troubleshoot daily IT issues for desktop PCs, mobile devices, and VPN tunnels Oversee IT activities related to user access, incidents, and service interruptions Document processes and create "how-to" guides to improve training and knowledge gaps Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience preferred Experience in software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting, particularly in PACS systems Strong customer service skills and experience with hardware, networks, and voice dictation systems Prior experience in Healthcare IT Knowledge of radiology workflows and effective on-call support
