Responsibilities

Client Engagement : Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through direct interaction, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Consultative Sales : Assess the specific insurance needs of clients and provide tailored advice to offer the most suitable coverage options.

Policy Management : Conduct policy reviews and updates, addressing any changes in the client's circumstances or coverage needs.

Cross-selling Opportunities : Identify potential to enhance client portfolios with additional insurance products.

Community Representation : Act as a positive representative of John A Morrison Allstate Insurance Agency in the Gainesville community.

Requirement

Licensing : Must hold a current and active state insurance license in Property and Casualty.
