Job Summary

The main goal of the Senior Account Executive will be to partner with Brokers to submit loans and maintain their Sales pipeline.

Job Duties

  • Maintains sales contact, pipeline and other pertinent sales activity reports and use OptifiNow
  • Work together with Operations Staff to facilitate loans from Submission to Funding
  • Responsible for establishing new business, developing current business relationships, and ensuring overall client satisfaction
  • Obtains approval packages for new clients when needed
  • Responsible for soliciting business from mortgage entities (Open territory)
  • Follow up on potential clients
  • Provide on-going service support to clients
  • Communicates and trains clients on GenWay’s products, policies, and procedures to ensure all loan files are complete and within guidelines
  • Represents the company in a professional and enthusiastic manner : by providing an exceptional level of customer service, supporting the mission statement, and adhering to our core values in all functions of their job responsibilities and interaction with internal and external customers
  • Supports the organization’s goals and values, gives and welcomes feedback and contributes to building a positive team spirit
  • Additional responsibilities as management sees fit

Work Environment

Remote : This role is fully remote and performed from the employee’s home or another approved off-site location. The company provides essential equipment such as computer, headset and webcam. A reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace are expected.

Competencies

  • Excellent computer skills and working knowledge of MS office products
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload and meet deadlines
  • Strong Customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience as Account Executive inside or outside sales in Wholesale lending channel
  • Prior Wholesale / Non-Delegated Correspondent Account Executive experience required
  • Proven track record of success in Sales
  • Minimum of 3 years mortgage industry experience
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • CRM Experience – OptifiNow preferred
  • Experience with Encompass
  • Physical Demands
