OEM Solution Architecture Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, OEM Solution Architecture. Key Responsibilities Oversee and prioritize the workflow of OEM technical teams for product integration Plan and coordinate NPI activities, guiding teams on integrating technologies with OEMs Lead the development of end-to-end hardware and software solutions, ensuring timely execution Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or MBA with IT management focus 10+ years of experience in OEM, ODM, and datacenter operations, with 4+ years in a leadership role Proven coordination skills in managing workflows across technical engagements and solution development Familiarity with OEM integration cycles, including product qualification and launch processes High-level understanding of relevant technologies, including GPU and networking solutions
