Outpatient Pharmacy Performance Analyst

A company is looking for an Analyst - Outpatient Pharmacy Performance. Key Responsibilities Track and coordinate clinical, financial, and operational data to assist with report development Analyze internal business reports and trends, collaborating with departmental leadership to review relevant data Utilize data analytics tools to generate reports and dashboards for stakeholders, facilitating communication between pharmacy, finance, and IT teams Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or a related field A minimum of four years of directly related and progressively responsible experience Previous experience in pharmacy finance, health system finance, and / or 340B is highly desirable Strong familiarity with outpatient / retail pharmacy applications and standard reporting Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI
