IV Nutrition (ivnutrition.com) is looking for a med spa front desk / customer service consultant to join our team in our Centennial office.

Join our growing team as a med spa front desk sales / customer service consultant.

Location :

  • Centennial Colorado Schedule : Part-Time (ability to move to full time) Compensation : $18-$20 / HR plus Commissions  Responsibilities : Greet clients with warmth and professionalism as the first point of contact.

Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, obtain client vitals Educate clients on services, products, and promotions Convert inquiries into bookings and generate sales through consultative conversations Check clients in and out, process payments, maintain client records, and assist with administrative tasks Support clinical staff in maintaining a clean, organized clinic Help ensure each clients experience is smooth, positive, and memorable Requirements :

  • 1+ years experience of customer service, sales, or front desk position (medical or wellness setting preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confidence in making product / service recommendations and closing sales Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and computer skills Friendly, professional, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Passion for health, wellness and helping others feel their best Knowledge of IV therapy and / or functional medical a plus Bilingual a plus Perks : Competitive pay plus commission potential Employee discounts on services and products Supportive team environment  We are excited to meet our next superstar front desk consultant! : )   Powered by JazzHR
