Quality Control Supervisor for Janitorial Company

We are looking for a QC Supervisor to Join our team and support the operations department, being responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and the standards indicated for each job.

Essential functions :

  • Inspect the jobs’ locations ensuring that each is under the parameters.
  • Training the team on quality control standards to improve service excellence.
  • Proposing improvements to the cleaning process.
  • Monitoring the use of equipment to ensure it is safe, following requirements and calling for repairs.
  • Photograph each deficient, send a report to the operations director and make recommendations to the team for correction.
  • Support the team with the corrections when it is needed to ensure the quality of service.
  • Interpret and follow written inspection instructions, quality requirements and customer specifications.

    • Requirements :

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
  • Ability to work occasional weekend shifts response and possible site attendance and work overtime as required all hours will be compensated.
  • Bilingual (Spanish / English) must be fluent in both languages.
  • Computer Skills Gmail, G Suite - Sheets / Excel, Word, Online Ordering (Basic knowledge), WinTeam, eHub.
  • Inventory Management - Ordering, Order Fulfillment
  • Proven experience in Commercial Janitorial.
