Claims Representative

A company is looking for a Claims Representative Associate. Key Responsibilities Process claims using appropriate systems and resources while ensuring accuracy and efficiency Demonstrate knowledge of claims processes, applicable laws, and product / service offerings Prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines while collaborating with team members Required Qualifications High School diploma / GED or equivalent work experience Must be 18 years or older Proficiency with Windows PC applications and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work flexible 8-hour shifts during normal business hours Experience processing medical, dental, prescription, or mental health claims is preferred
