Business Analyst

achelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or a related field.10 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably in a technical understanding of system integration APIs databases and basic programming in tools such as JIRA Confluence Microsoft Excel Visio Lucidchart or with Agile / Scrum problem-solving skills and attention to verbal and written communication document and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specificationsCollaborate with product owners business stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure alignment of solutions with business with QA teams to define test cases and ensure quality delivery through user acceptance testing (UAT).Perform gap analysis impact analysis and risk assessments for proposed changes and as a liaison between business units and technical teams throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
