job_description.job_card.job_descriptionOversee the plants quality function to ensure compliance with all quality and regulatory requirements Establish and maintain quality management practices in accordance with FAA, AS9100 and customer requirements Mentor and develop the quality team Create quality assurance processes and inspection procedures Validate quality processes Maintain AS9100 certification and compliance efforts Bachelors degree in Quality, Engineering, Aviation or related 10+ years of experience in Quality Supervision / Management within the Aerospace Industry AS9100, APQP / AS9145 knowledge Skilled with problem solving methods such as 8D / 5-Why Must be eligible to work in the US indefinitely without restriction
