Overnight Lodging Coordinator
Reports To : Overnight Supervisor

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
At Corporate Hospitality Services , is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Overnight Lodging Coordinator to manage after-hours lodging and front desk operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, ensuring client needs are met efficiently and overnight operations run smoothly.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Answer and screen incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Accurately gather information and enter data into the queue system
- Monitor and respond to reservation and lodging emails, assigning tasks appropriately
- Book lodging accommodations accurately and promptly
- Liaise with hotels to update or resolve issues with reservations on behalf of clients
- Communicate with clients regarding updates or issues reported by hotels
- Negotiate and confirm hotel rates to maximize client savings
- Review entries in Salesforce to avoid duplicate bookings
- Inform clients about hotel policies that may incur additional charges (e.g., cancellations, parking fees)
- Escalate unresolved issues or delays to the Overnight Supervisor
- Address and resolve client complaints related to CHH facilities
- Complete nightly check-in call lists and document all interactions thoroughly in Salesforce
