Our internal creative studio working within our global connectivity, telecom, and internet / wireless client is currently on the hunt for a UX Designer / User Experience Strategist to join their team! This is a full-time contract position with the potential to go permanent, offering a unique chance to make your mark in an ever-evolving landscape.

Responsibilities :

  • User-Centric Design : Champion user-centric design principles, conducting user research, and translating insights into intuitive and visually appealing digital interfaces.
  • Wireframing and Prototyping : Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups to effectively communicate design concepts and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Collaborative Ideation : Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to brainstorm and iterate on design solutions that address user needs and business goals.
  • Visual Design : Craft visually stunning designs that adhere to brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries to deliver unique and memorable user experiences.
  • Usability Testing : Plan and execute usability testing sessions, gather feedback, and iterate designs accordingly, ensuring continuous improvement and user satisfaction.
  • Documentation : Create comprehensive design documentation, including design systems, style guides, and assets for development handoff.
  • Stay Current : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to bring fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to the team.
  • Project Management : Effectively manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and communicate progress to stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on target.

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design) or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to solve complex design problems and deliver outstanding user experiences.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate design decisions to diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HTML / CSS and front-end development basics is a bonus.
  • Adaptability and a passion for learning, as the telecom industry is ever-evolving.
