Nurse Practitioner

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner to provide addiction management and care for patients through telehealth services. Key Responsibilities Perform patient evaluations and develop customized treatment plans Coordinate with medical and social agencies to provide necessary resources for patients Prescribe psychotropic medications and conduct assessments of therapeutic responses Required Qualifications Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in at least one state Experience in addiction treatment preferred Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Knowledge of productivity tools like Microsoft O365 Ability to work 100% remote and on-call as needed
