Warehouse Supervisor
Take the lead in a dynamic electrical manufacturing environment where precision, leadership, and efficiency are key!
Location : Bessemer, AL (35020)
Pay Rate : $65K base + 5% bonus (open to higher comp for strong candidates)
Schedule : MondayFriday, 7 : 00 AM 4 : 30 PM CST
Type : Direct Hire
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and schedule a warehouse team of 10+ staff
- Manage inventory control and conduct cycle counts
- Ensure accurate order picking, staging, and on-time shipments
- Maintain safety standards and compliance
- Perform evaluations and enforce KPIs
- Operate propane forklifts and maintain equipment safety standards
- Coordinate shipping / receiving and stock replenishment using SAP
