Junior Tire Engineer

We are seeking a Junior Tire Engineer to support the development, analysis, and tuning of tire models used in vehicle simulations. This role works closely with the Senior Tire Engineer to analyze tire data, prepare performance insights, and contribute directly to simulation and race team support. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong analytical skills and a passion for motorsports. Position is onsite in Concord, NC.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze tire data and develop models to evaluate and improve tire performance.

Prepare reports and actionable recommendations to support simulation and race events.

Collaborate with the Senior Tire Engineer on tire model development and track test support.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.

Experience with tire modeling, vehicle dynamics, and data analysis tools (MATLAB, Python).

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced motorsports environment.
