Job Title : Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Facility : Bedrock Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Melbourne
Location : Melbourne, FL
Shift : Full-Time – 12-hour shifts (7 AM – 7 PM / 7 PM – 7 AM)
Salary : Up to $32 per hour (depending on experience) with shift differentials
Key Responsibilities :
- Administer medications, treatments, and supplies with precision and compassion.
- Deliver individualized nursing care to meet each resident’s unique health needs.
- Perform wound care, treatments, and procedures to ensure residents' comfort and well-being.
- Maintain accurate medical records, documenting observations, treatments, and evaluations.
- Uphold HIPAA standards to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality.
