Duties :
- Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
- Assist with the development of behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure effective treatment implementation
- Support clients in developing social, communication, and daily living skills
- Implement behavior management techniques to address challenging behaviors
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferredPrevious experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities is preferredMust have excellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to follow instructions and implement behavior intervention plans accuratelyStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamMust pass a background checkNote : This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
