Location : West Palm Beach, FL
Salary : $125,000$140,000 + structured bonus + full benefits
A high-end Mediterranean restaurant group with roots in New York is launching a new location in West Palm Beach and seeking a visionary Executive Chef to lead the opening. This 400-seat concept blends the classic charm of a Greek taverna with the coastal flair of Mykonosoffering elevated, health-conscious fare for a discerning clientele.
What You'll Do :
- Lead and inspire the culinary team in a high-volume, full-service setting
- Develop a creative menu combining brand staples with local influences
- Oversee food costing, inventory systems, labor control, and kitchen operations
- Collaborate closely with ownership and executive leadership
- Ensure consistency, quality, and innovation across all culinary offerings
- Build and mentor a high-performance back-of-house team
