CPC Certified Medical Coder

A company is looking for a Medical Coder I. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple coding-related projects and ensure deliverables meet standards within turnaround times Stay current on CPT, ICD-10-CM coding guidelines, and relevant coding guidance Assign appropriate codes to office visits, procedures, and diagnoses in a production environment Required Qualifications 2+ years as a Profee Coder in an office setting, including risk adjustment coder experience 1+ years of experience in Medicare / Medicare Advantage CPC certification through AAPC or CCS certification through AHIMA required CRC certification must be obtained within one year of hire Strong experience in Microsoft or Google suite, particularly in spreadsheets and PowerPoint
