Key Responsibilities Update and maintain the database with new and existing customer and account information Reconcile incoming census and manage new admissions in the CRM system Handle mail and packages, including updating returned mail and managing faxes and emails Required Qualifications, Training, and Education High school diploma or equivalent is required Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred Salesforce.com or CRM experience preferred Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing demands
