Machine Operator Position
Westside Personnel is searching for proficient Machine Operators for a tubing fabrication company that primarily operates in the automotive, ATV / UTV, and outdoor power equipment markets. The ideal candidate should be competent in managing their production cell, conducting change-overs, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring quality checks are documented appropriately.
Shifts :
- 1st SHIFT - 6am-2 : 30pm Monday - Friday
- 2nd SHIFT - 2 : 30pm-10 : 30pm Monday - Friday
Responsibilities
Set up and operate production machinery according to established procedures and guidelinesMonitor machinery during operation, making adjustments as necessary to ensure products are of high qualityPerform routine maintenance on machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performanceTroubleshoot mechanical issues that may arise during operation and make necessary repairsMaintain accurate production records, including the number of products produced and any defects or issuesEnsure the work area is clean and organized at all times, following safety protocols and proceduresCollaborate with other team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlinesRequirements
Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environmentStrong mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot and repair equipmentExcellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsAbility to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlinesBasic computer skills and ability to enter and maintain accurate production recordsStrong communication skills and ability to work in a team environmentBenefits of working through Westside Personnel at this position :
