Accounts Payable Analyst
We’re partnering with a well-established organization on a direct hire opportunity for an Accounts Payable Analyst . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys digging into the details to keep things running smoothly.
What you’ll be doing :
Processing vendor invoices - matching, coding, and entering invoices into the accounting system
Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies
Managing payment schedules and ensuring vendors are paid accurately and on time
Supporting month-end close and reporting
Passionate about process - analyze data to spot areas ideal for process improvement
Collaborating with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve payment issues
What we’re looking for :
Bachelor’s or Associates Accounting
2-5+ years of full-cycle AP experience
Strong GAAP knowledge and able to streamline SOPs for optimized accuracy and performance
High attention to detail and a knack for staying organized while managing high volume
Advanced Excel skills; experience with Sage, D365, or Dynamics
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment

Pay Details : $55,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
