The Managing Business partner (MBP) is a role intended for a business and community marketing savvy individual with strong relationship and training skills. The desired individual would be an excellent communicator, be a developer of teams, have a passion for people and marketing, and know how to take action on P&L results. Unlike a regular GM role, this BMP position is one that includes profit sharing. As sales and profitability grow, so will compensation for the Managing Business Partner.
