Performon-call Developscriptsand utilitiesto automate and monitor tasks using bash, PowerShell,python, and other common scriptinglanguages. Develop and maintain web applications for managing equipmentinventories, softwarelicenses,andcustomer portalsusingRuby, Javascript, PHPand other languages. System administration of Linux and Windows serverssupporting Endpoint Computing infrastructure.Deployandmanage scripts,GPOs,andfixletsusingforBigFixandActiveDirectory. Research and implement automated Linux deployment usingAnsible,Puppet, Warewulf, cfengineand other tools.Research and implement systems to automate VMprovisioning using VMwareand cloudservices. Assistandsupporttheuseofautomationtools byother administrators, engineersandtechnicians. Produce clear, well-writtendocumentation of applications, procedures, and methods. Maintain accurate Configuration Management Databases(CMDB)ofserverandworkstationdeployments.Provideendusersupportfor servers and workstations, respondingto directcommunications from customers, andteam members. Maintain accuraterecords ofallcustomer andprojectworkusingServiceNowticketplatform. Participateinweekly team meetings for the planning and tracking of projects and activities and quarterly meetings withkey stakeholderstocommunicate plansand acquirefeedback.
